Worst experience I’ve ever had.

We walked in to our room to find people already staying there sleeping. We actually woke them up. This would be absolutely terrifying if I was by myself not with my partner and I was in the room sleeping in my bed and people just got the lock combination. For our room and just walked in and woke us up out of our sleep. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only did we have to wait hours to receive the unit number and codes for the room that was actually occupied by other people by the time the whole ordeal was over and done with it was past midnight and impossible to find anything.

− Was occupied by other people and the host seemed intoxicated and had no idea what was going on very unprofessional and obviously from my other post we got booked into the same room of somebody else and walked in on people sleeping.

Location perfect for what we needed. Property immaculately clean, well laid out. Instructions from host and communications were perfect. Very comfortable.

Close to our venue. Room was ok.

− Emailed instructions were poorly worded and confusing. When we opened the pull out couch there was hair and crumbs on the mattress. We returned from an event in the evening and both the 2440 parking spots were taken. I couldn't find a way to contact anyone about it. The phone number went straight to voicemail. I don't know if our neighbor in 2440 was a customer or management but they were going in and out of the door in our connecting hallway consistently for over an hour starting at 7am. They must have gone in and out at least 20 times. We had a late night so this was very frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Poor management.

The host was helpful with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

It was very well laid out. There was lots of room for the 5 of us. It was nice having the deck on the back off of the livingroom. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the pool!

− The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with dish clothes and towels and garbage bags. None of the knives seemed sharp. Also, we ran out of dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap in the bathroom. The livingroom carpet could have been vacuumed a little better, we noticed little bits of popcorn and small game pieces left behind.
