8.0Localização praticamente no "centrinho" Varanda muito boa. Piscina perfeita Vaga de garagem
− Box.do banheiro não tinha como fechar por completo, ficava molhando o banheiro todo. Esgoto aberto logo na saida do condomínio, na rua. Sei que não é culpa do proprietário, mas era uma quantidade muito grande a céu aberto. Roupa de cama poderia estar mais limpa.
