8.0Nice apartment, close to the riverfront. Had everything we need.
− Self check in was a little tricky but probably more our fault going to the wrong lifts! Pool shut when we wanted to use it.
Grand appartement confortable avec vue exceptionnelle.
8.0L’appartement est très grand et confortable avec deux salles de bain. La vue sur la rivière et la piscine est exceptionnelle. Il faut noter que nous avons pris le service GRAB pour tous nos déplacements puisque l’appartement est un peu excentré du centre (restaurants et commerces). La marche est très possible mais vu la chaleur accablante, nous préférions le déplacement au centre de Kuching en voiture. Grab est très efficace et peu coûteux (attente toujours inférieure à 4 minutes, fin avril). Donc la localisation de l’appartement ne nous dérangeait pas du tout. Un inconvénient qui nous a fortement gêné est l’horaire associé à la piscine. Celle-ci ferme à 17h00 ainsi que le dimanche et les jours fériés!!!? Cela est trop restrictif et nous a grandement frustré compte tenu de cet attrait qui était important pour nous ! Nous recommandons l’appartement si ces inconvénients ne vous dérangent pas.

10.0Dobrze wyposażony apartament. Bardzo ładny i czysty. Wszystkie udogodnienia jakie są potrzebne są na miejscu. Pralka, wyposażona kuchnia. Idealne łóżka. Warunki jak w domu.
− Przydałaby się jeszcze jedna szafka na ubrania ale to drobna uwaga.
15-20 mins walk to waterfront, good facilities, fast response from the host.
9.0Large fridge, effective air-conditioning, washing machine with laundry powder, laundry rack, and plenty of clothes hangers and pegs. Clear instructions for collecting the keys, and prompt responses from the host regarding toilet paper and bedsheets.
− The two-bedroom configuration with double beds is suitable for four people, plus one small or short person on the sofa bed. The foldable sofa bed is only suitable for a tall teenage boy. When both the futon bed and sofa bed are opened, the room becomes very cramped. If you want to accommodate 6 persons, I recommend keeping two single-size blankets in the cabinet. The red blanket on top of the futon mattress and the black blanket inside (both need washing) are not the right size. Less furniture (for example, removing the coffee table) or a smaller dining table would help create more room for luggage. A shower curtain would also be useful, as water splashes onto the sink cabinet and toilet floor, making the area damp.
