− The property was very cold when we arrived. The heating should have been turned on at least an hour before arrival. It really impacted first impressions.

9.0Just about everything was great. Only f couple of niggles shown below
− Only one tea towel. No proper dish cloth. Nice to have a few J cloths perhaps. Corners I’d rush turning up which could easily cause tripping.
