4.0The location was roughly 10 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately it was not waterfront. The pools were nice enough.
− The facilities are pretty run down and dirty. The access to units is a nightmare. The elevators were constantly broken or in use. At times there was 30 to 45 minute wait for an elevator (if they worked at all). There is no direct access from the parking garage to the unit, so you need to take an elevator in parking garage to ground floor, then walk to building and wait for another elevator to unit. Each time waiting for 30+ minutes. Majority of the time we took the stairs which is especially difficult if u are on 16th floor.. in addition to that, no luggage cart. So I carried luggage for 10 people and supplies up and down stairs or waited hours for elevator. NIGHTMARE!
For the price, I would find a better unit. It served its purpose to stay in but for a vacation this is not a room for fa
5.0It is a close walk to the beach.
− The units front view is a parking garage, so when it is windy all you hear is a loud whistling sound inside the unit. The elevators take around 15-20 min to use, so we used the stairs. That was fine until the stair doors were breaking and you weren’t able to access them. The pools were gross, and not working half the time. Nothing accessible from parking garage to unit- you either park low and walk up or park higher up and walk up, then walk back down. Also, enjoy HUGE cockroaches. Zero found inside our unit while we were there but they are EVERYWHERE else in the building and outside the unit.

8.0It was a pretty area. Kids loved the pools. We did redo our vows there at the gazebo area due to weather.

− It’s was a little misleading it said it was oceanfront, but it wasn’t oceanfront and elevators were slow
