Excellent views and location, but...
6.0Excellent Location and views. New, clean property. Great pool and loungers. Concierge/Key transfer excellent.
− Inadequate air conditioning - indoor temperature never got below 25C (probably due to large greenhouse window). Owners did supply extra fans - but they were ineffective. Upstairs room unusable due to no aircon/heat. Patio table and outside eating area within 2metres of Bin/Refuse store and Aircon heat exchanger - attracting bugs, noise, heat. Only a single WC. Minor point, but no TV.

Possibility of car rental with the company Duetto rent. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
