− was not clean, full of dust around, left an old, dead plant nearby and also a lot of dirt around near the entry. I did inform the property manager and shared photos, but did not attend to or fix the problem.
What's not to love?
10.0The accommodation is unique, quiet and quite comfortable, generally. There's a small, secure private patio entrance into a very comfortable open dining, living and kitchen area, all of them well furnished. The bedrooms were top notch, with an en-suite bathroom in the front bedroom. The kitchen and laundry made this place a great recovery place too - it really made it easy to see Canberra, and come home to recover.
− I can't say I didn't like anything, basically. I was a bit concerned I couldn't turn on the very up-to-date appliances, but there was no problem there. There were extra blankets and pillows and so on, so extra cold outside was no problem inside. The owners responded quickly to questions. Most important- read the instructions to get in. It's actually very easy.
Completely Unacceptable Standards of Cleanliness
1.0The apartment was easy to access with clear instructions.
− The apartment was in an unacceptable condition. The bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guests, with visible yellow stains on the pillow cases and blood stains on the sheets, accompanied by a strong body odour. The bathroom fan was non-functional, and the provided hand soap and body wash were half empty. The couch was heavily soiled and in a filthy state. Overall, the apartment appeared poorly maintained and not properly cleaned between stays, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and management standards.
