Very poor
2.0− House is old without heating system. Bathrooms were very cold without option to heat them. Furniture inside is very old, no real beds in the rooms. We found dirty galley equipment. One morning we didn't have water in system. After conversation with agent we found problem on water pump on roof of the house. I never sow similar system on any house. To confirm all facts I can share some photos... My advice is not to rent this house.
