− 1. It was promoted like it was a hotel but it’s just an AIRBNB. 2. Iron required a travel adapter, hence I couldn’t use it 3. Shower head hanger broken, kept splashing water everywhere 4. Aircond not cold in the 2nd biggest room 5. Host was not very understanding 6. WiFi connection was slow and kept disconnecting

Nice place to stay and value for money
9.0The host was very helpful. Apartment at 11th floor was clean, check-in was easy, guard was friendly, all 3 rooms and living room had fans & airconds. Good for Family to stay for holiday.
− The parking lot is quite narrow. During my stay, the parking lot was taken by someone else and I had to walk to the guardhouse to inform them about it. Maybe the host can provide a stove (single stove at least) or a microwave for guests to cook light meals/heat up the food.
It is a compact and very clean apartment in a lively neighborhood.
8.0Very good location with easy access to food courts and supermarket. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen equipment and other amenities were complete.
− It was noisy in the evening with the traffic passing by. The busy traffic made it impossible for us to cross the road to the kedai kopi in the morning. The bathrooms were very small and everything got wet when we showered. My elderly mother had to be very careful with the slippery wet floors in the bathroom.
