10.0Beautiful home with high-quality modern facilities. The bed was supportive, comfortable....an excellent modern shower with a rain shower head. The decks were huge.
We felt inconvenienced.
1.0− We would like to give this property no stars. We are a group of four 75+ year old long time friends who do a group vacation yearly. We stayed at this home and it was clean and well appointed. We were happy with our rental in terms of location, however, we did not have hot water for our entire 3 night stay. The property manager sent a handyman, who was unable to remedy the problem. He later sent a plumber, and while we were at dinner we were told said plumber was unable to resolve the problem for the duration of our stay. The property manager offered for us to move to another home, but due to timing and age, and the fact that checkout time was 10 AM the following morning, we felt that was not a feasible option. We felt a partial refund was fair, despite the property manager indicating that most likely we would not receive any compensation from the owner unless we gave a 10 star review. The next we heard from booking.com that the owner had refused any reimbursement because he said there was no issue, basically calling us liars, despite having many text messages indicating there was an issue. We plan on returning to Sedona, but would not rent this property again.

10.0Great location, superb amenities, wonderful property. Very easy check in/out. Even with the minor issues the place is great for a group and will definitely consider this place on the future.
− Host was not the most communicative. Confirmation email had old details such as wifi. Bbq Grill couldn't have all burners on without the flame going out but kitchen stove saved the day. Neighbor shouted at us for having it lights on at night...
