Central. Great off street parking. Expensive. Needs renovation. The second bedroom is a cupboard.
3.0Located centrally on a town centre road. Excellent parking. Easy checkin. However the road it's situated on appears to be used for racing in the evenings so revving noisy engines and alarmingly fast cars.
− The second bedroom is more of a cloaks cupboard and ones head is 6 feet from the pavement so lots of street noise and draughts plus no window to the outside. All beds are old and too saggy to sleep comfortably on. There is a fusty smell. The shower is weak and temperamental, boiling hot or freezing cold. No dining table or eating place. The curtains need rehanging. Considering we paid over £1200 for a 3 night stay for 2 of us a pint of milk in the fridge or a welcome pack would have been nice. Sooooo expensive. This place is ready for renovation. Or needs to be priced accordingly.

Comfortable stay in the centre of Stamford
10.0It was a great central location , and on-site parking was a bonus. It was easy to access and there was good communication with the owners. It was all on the ground floor , which was great for my mum especially, who is eighty- eight. It was comfortable and well equipped - it would have been great for a longer stay as well. We would definitely like to stay there again .
Cosy and compact
10.0The location was spot on and central to the town and nearby facilities like restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and we had all we needed. It is very compact but it was cosy. Our hosts were communicative and our requests were happily fulfilled and we were very grateful.
− If I had to comment, it would be a bigger towel for after the shower if possible. 😉
Comfortable stay in the heart of Stamford
10.0Great stay and perfect for me as a solo guest whilst being in Stamford for work. Property is in the centre of Stamford and the fact that it has a parking space is a real bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

9.0Really convenient to the centre of town and included a parking space. Small and cosy with all you need for a comfortable stay.
− 2nd bedroom was a bit claustrophobic. Perhaps a bigger sofa, otherwise a lovely convenient place to stay.
