We absolutely LOVED this apartment, immediate access to the beach and the friendly people that work around the property.
10.0V clean, had everything we needed - except flute glasses 😉 - brilliant location for parking, being on the beach and having excellent food and coffee etc on tap from Eaters cafe below. The couple from Eaters were v helpful and friendly and Martin in the bottom apartment couldn’t do enough for us with kayak storage and local advice.
− We like the heat but that could be an issue for some as our British weather hots up. The decking was extremely hot and could cause a burn to bare feet. Could do with a bigger sun umbrella.
Renovation done to good standard nice location , clean but lacking attention to detail for the price.
7.0Newly renovated and just round the corner from a quiet beach and little cafe . Location on the border with Kent so plenty of nice places to visit like Sissinghurst and Rye both of which were a 20 min drive away.
− Terrace but no dining furniture . It was very hot but no fan or air con in position with a quite small bedroom window so ventilation was difficult. Also the divider between the properties was full of cigarette butts and dead flowers . Looked a bit neglected . Wi fi didn’t work and when we contacted the host he supplied the wrong password so we gave up in the end. Cost was roughly the same as a good hotel per night but the attention to detail for that price was not there . No welcome pack, no instructions about the appliances or places of interest etc .

9.0We had a beautiful stay at the apartment and exceeded our expectations. Pett is a beautiful location and it was easy to get to and we loved the area. The view from the apartment is stunning - beautiful sunsets which we appreciated. Looking forward to our return soon!
− Wi-Fi was a bit limited, however, gave us all the more reason to switch off, so minor point.

10.0This apartment is beautifully kept and in a great beachfront location. The large balcony was perfect for dining, and the apartment was well equipped throughout. The bed was very comfortable, with beautifully laundered linen. Best of all was Terry, the housekeeper, who gave us such a warm welcome and shared so much helpful local knowledge. Ben’s Fish and Chip Shop in Winchelsea is excellent!
