− Proper instructions needed for using lock box. Took an exasperating amount of time to get the keys. Had to ring the host twice. Kitchen tap splashes everywhere over bench Owner should think about function rather than look.

− The first door to the parking garage is 2.13m then it drops down to 2.03m just before the ramp up to the designated parking spots. We checked this prior to booking and only got told about the 2.13m clearance meaning one of our vehicles couldn't utilize the parking spot when we arrived to find the 2.03m clearance.
