7.0Apartamento moderno, limpio, cómodo. Flexibilidad a la hora del check-in (cajita de llaves).
− No se nos avisó de que la calle está en obras y está completamente cerrada. Nos costó tiempo encontrar el aparcamiento y el piso, andando con equipaje de volumen. Intentamos contactar varias veces con el teléfono que nos facilitaron en la reserva, pero nadie respondía. En este sentido, muy mejorable. A los viajeros recomiendo preguntar primero si la calle sigue cerrada.

− Lo único malo son las obras al frente del edificio que complican la llegada y salida del edificio sobre todo con el coche pero eso no lo controlan los del edificio.

8.0Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig angelegt und mit zwei Schlafzimmern sehr komfortabel. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und vermittelt eine heimische Atmosphäre.
− Leider ist aktuell eine Großbaustelle vor dem Haus, woraus sich eine Lärm- und Staubbelastung ergeben hat und wir u.a. die Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Wir würden es sehr fair finden, wenn auf so eine Einschränkung in der Internet- Veröffentlichung hingewiesen wird.
