Casa accogliente, angolo cottura funzionale, ben areata e con ottime zanzariere. Vista dal balcone eccezionale.

− La modalità di pagamento non è quella riportata sul sito (carte di credito) ma soltanto PayPal (con aggiunta del 3% di commissione), Zelle o altra app poco conosciuta; non è stato nemmeno possibile pagare cash per impossibilità di incontrare la host in tutto il periodo. Inoltre, vista la posizione, per raggiungerla bisogna assolutamente noleggiare prima una jeep perché non ci si arriva nemmeno in taxi.

Overall a good place to stay with only some minor issues.

Nice layout. It was clean and true to the pictures. Host was very nice and ready to help. Overall we enjoyed the property and loved our trip to the island!

− The living room stayed hot but room was cold. No microwave which was a bummer. The lock to the living room broke. Parking was difficult with the narrow road and steps are hard with luggage.

A beautiful space to spend in paradise.

The views from the space are incredible, and access is not that difficult to find despite the many previous reviews I had read. Any questions about the property were answered promptly.

− The bed was not the most comfortable, but not bad. We appreciated the ac fan accessibility in the bedroom, although cooling the entire space would take a while. There is not a ton of warm water, so quick on/off showers were the way to go. We did see ants in the bathroom area but were not bothered by them. The price is higher than other comparable places to stay.

The property was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The host Sunny was exceptional. Any questions or concern was answered in a timely manner. My stay was short but comfortable and with no worries. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Resting in Paradise🫶Close & Peaceful

From inside and out on the deck it was very peaceful and clean and I came there to rest & relax 💐so I was very very happy there.. Sonia the internet / by the phone manager ( Sonny👏💐👏) lined up a driver for me for my trip around the island and also to get back to the ferry to catch my plane for at the end of my stay. They had a nice beach towel and everything I needed & the Westin was seriously just a slow 10 minute walk downhill to be on the beach lounge chair & have a great meal from the Beachside Restaurant 🌴 that's what I did and it was perfect for my stay on St John 😎 "Sonny" was so helpful and assuring me on all my important questions & concerns ...💐 thank you Sonny 🌞

− The walk up from the Westin Hotel for me @70 yrs & not healthy was definitely too much of a hill / hike..could not do! The days I went down (perfect) I did get a smaller taxi to run me up the hill for $10, so it worked out by sunset to be back after a nice day on the beach & delicious a healthy meal.. store has a great food until 3:00 p.m. to bring home from Deli..! Otherwise it was perfect for my needs. A Rent-A-Car or if i had healthy lungs 🥴 I would NOT have mentioned this above... Great Place .. Great Hostess!

Very very clean and comfortable. Beach chairs and towels provided. Not far from restaurants and Cruz Bay town. Recommend this place highly, comfortable beds and delightful kitchen. Excellent views. Good host.

− There are 48 stairs, ok to do them - but a bit of a task.
