De gastvrouw was erg hartelijk en reageert supersnel. De plek is fenomenaal, een bijzondere Finland ervaring, aangevuld met de optie om van de traditionele houtgestookte sauna gebruik te maken. Heerlijk om in het meer te zwemmen en te genieten van het uitzicht.

The peace and tranquility

The cabin was absolutely beautiful - so cosy and very clean. Minna ensured we had everything we needed, including adding in a microwave and travel cot to ensure our stay with the baby was comfortable. The view from the window was more than we could have imagined, to wake up here each morning was an absolute dream, we miss these views terribly. Minna met us on arrival and took us straight over to the property to show us around and explained everything really clearly. We were nervous about using an arctic toilet but this was nothing at all to be concerned about and did not have any impact at all on our stay. The sauna was an amazing highlight - again, Minna was wonderful - she spent a lot of time preparing it for us and even popped a baby bath in filled with warm water and toys - our daughter didn't want to get out! My husband and son both did the ice dip in the lake - a huge highlight for them both! The family were just lovely and made our stay super special. There was a slight issue with the door during our stay, Minna could not have done more to rectify as quickly as possible and make sure we were comfortable whilst it was being addressed.

Echte finnische Erfahrung in gemütlicher Hütte - perfekt zum Abschalten

Minna-Carita‘s Hütte ist ein Traum! Wir waren für drei Nächte dort und haben jede Minute genossen. Die Hütte ist gemütlich eingerichtet, hat vier bequeme Betten, eine Küche mit Gas und einen schnuckeligen Holzofen, der schön warm macht. Man hat hier seine Ruhe, weil sonst niemand außenrum wohnt außer Minna-Carita und ihre Familie circa 100 Meter weiter. Sie ist sehr sehr freundlich und hat uns mit allem geholfen, auch super gute Tipps gegeben, vielen Dank! Wir konnten eine Nacht sogar Polarlichter sehen, der See direkt neben der Hütte eignet sich dafür perfekt. Einen Abend haben wir die Sauna nutzen können und waren Eisbaden im See. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

− Es war alles perfekt! Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man etwas ab vom Schuss mit Arctic Toilet und Holzofen ist, den man befeuern muss. Für uns war das aber perfekt :)
