10.0Apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped. Balcony with a backyard is cute, with possibilities to barbecue and enjoy the warm evenings. As a family of four we had everything we needed. The location of the apartment is perfect! Five minutes drive by car to one of the best beaches (Poetto) where we returned every day for a swim (after exploring neighboring beaches). Shops with very good prices (EuroSpin and Super Pan) offer abundance of locally made products are just a few meters from the apartment. And, as a family we also enjoyed a very professional and kind haircut service from the salon just behind the apartments location (Sara Cut). Restaurants with amazing food offers are in the neighborhood and along beaches. Cagliari centrum also on some 15 min drive by car. Although, even without the car, all great locations in the town and various beaches can easily be reached by local transport. The big natural park with flamingos habitat is in the same neighborhood, and we were lucky to see many flamingos from pretty close. And lastly, the apartment managers were very kind and helpful throughout the entire time of our stay. It’s very important to have kind hosts especially when traveling with the family. We are thankful for that!

10.0Host was super nice and gave great tips. Many welcome gifts/goodies that made the stay sooo comfortable. Apartment is very spacious has a great terrace with a gas grill.

− There was a lot of noise because of building activities in alongside the building (next to this appartment they are building a new one). The price was not adjusted to this not was this mentioned before. The kitchen had just enough utensils to cook and serve. It is brand new and the lights where not cosy at all.
