9.0UBICACIÓN, CONFORT, PISCINA
A nice stay with a few small hiccups but lots of positives.
9.0The place is in a small village right in the middle of the island, super quiet and really easy to get anywhere from. The house was clean, had everything we needed (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ironing stuff, etc.), and it felt really cozy with its own character. The pool area was nice, but the weather wasn’t warm enough to make the most of it. One of the beds was broken when we arrived, but the staff came really quickly and fixed it, so no big deal.
− An additional bathroom would have been useful, as the house has 4 bedrooms but only 3 bathrooms. Another downside is that there is no parking on the property, and the nearest public parking is about 600m away. We also experienced an unpleasant incident: the cleaning staff entered without prior notice (no message from the managing agency on that day or beforehand) and changed our towels while we were away. Unfortunately, one of our group members had left his wallet in the room, and upon our return, €150 was missing. When I reported this to the agency, their response showed no empathy and they offered no solution. I would strongly recommend being cautious with any valuables left in the rooms when you are not present.
