Was most to an alternative address on day of arrival.
5.0I can't give a review on this accommodation as on the day of our trip we were told there was a technical issue and we had to stay in an alternative address. From looking at previous reviews, this isn't the first time to happen. I must add the alternative address was nice, clean and not far from the original location but we did have to ensure it had outdoor space for the dog. The first alternative address was not suitable for a dog but luckily the hosts had an airbnb with outdoor space available, this may not always be the case.
− On the day of departure we told the hosts we would be leaving between 10-11am at 10am the cleaners entered which was unexpected and made us feel rushed to leave.

7.0− The apartment floor was noticeably sticky and covered in dust throughout the unit upon inspection. Despite thoroughly vacuuming the area, the dust and sticky residue remained, indicating that the floor had not been properly cleaned.

A good base for our stay.
7.0Breakfast wasn't included but the hosts had left out cereal and provided soap, shampoo etc. There was plenty of space and there was everything you need for self catering. The accommodation was generally clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was good too and the slippers were a nice touch.
− Some areas of the accommodation were in poor condition- gaps round the window which meant when the heating went off on the timer it got cold quick. There was damage to the bathroom floor with holes and looked tatty/was a trip hazard.

10.0House was clean, cosy and spacious. There was everything provided like towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, cooking utensils.
