The hotel facilities were excellent. The Aqua park was perfect for all three of our children’s ages, and they had a wonderful time. A special thanks to Martina, who always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness and support made our stay even more enjoyable. We also chose the Chinese restaurant during our stay, and it was a very pleasant experience. Overall, we had a great vacation and would be happy to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Gravity Hotel and truly enjoyed our vacation. The hotel is clean, the facilities are excellent, and the food offered a great variety. The aqua park and pools were fantastic, making it a perfect destination for families with children. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Martina from the Guest Relations team. She was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. She always checked to make sure everything was perfect and was quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Her genuine care for guests made a real difference and added a personal touch to our holiday.

I loved the service , the facilities and the cleanliness.location is also very prime .

− Food wasn’t the best thing over there and it needs to be upgraded to match the rest of the offerings of the hotel . Also , there should be more juices and snacks available throughout the day with better quality. Also there should be more variety of beach activities.
