9.0Excelente ubicación y acceso sencillo a las habitaciones, sin trámites innecesarios. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y agradables para descansar.
− Como sugerencia de mejora, sería útil disponer de una sábana o frazada adicional. Asimismo, sería importante reforzar la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, ya que la cafetera y las ollas tenían restos de grasa que impidieron su uso. En la cocina también se presentó un insecto rastrero, lo cual podría evitarse con una mejor higiene del área.

− La vicinanza con la strada molto trafficata e l'assenza di imposte alle finestre fanno si che vi sia continuo rumore. Sicché di notte diventa difficile dormire, nella camera numero 2.
