− Property stank of cigarette smoke despite being sent a message about not smoking (we don’t) The heating and water was controlled off site and did not work correctly as there was a fault on the boiler got sorted but it was 2 days before we left that it worked reliably without us having to call/message. We are grown ups and can adjust heating to our own comfort level don’t need someone else determining how hot or cold a room should be. The kitchen items such as pots and pans were a state we ended up buying some from Morrisons. Had to clean the cupboards as well and there were previous guests food stuff left in cupboards. Would not stay there again. Very disappointed.
