We were very pleasantly surprised with our first visit and will definitely be returning.
10.0Almost every part of our stay was beyond our hopes and expectations. The staff is friendly, attentive, more than simply competent they make it their business to be sure we had everything we needed. The food was wonderful and the accommodations helped make our stay very enjoyable.
− The only issue we had was repeated to us by other guests as well. The hot water in the shower tends to be less than adequate.

− Not really in the resort, but a sister property next door. The staff were ok but not the level of service inside. Their restaurants have long wait times while having many empty tables. Many sometimes means half or more of the place being empty. And they don't take reservations. Bizarre. It's the only reason for a 9 rating rather than a 10.

− Although it is nice, it is way over priced. The staff is friendly but not doing anything exceptional. The shared airport shuttle may be included but it is horrible. We paid the extra for a private car to return.

Perfect get away from it all luxury
10.0Perfect private location for relaxing in the sun in pure 5 star luxury, everything from the Bach, the pool, the rooms with the most comfortable beds EVER to the most fabulous foods ever eaten anywhere in the world. It wasn’t our first visit and it certainly won’t be our last as didn’t want to come home and can’t wait to go back 😊
