Accessible, and great value
9.0I liked how the property was near Centrio and SM Downtown. The host was accomodating and approachable. I liked how the bed and the pillows were soft and that there was a futon bed that you can pull out under the bed for if you have friends or family over. There are appliances, utensils, and dishes available to use in the kitchenette which is really good. I also liked how there was a tub and tabo in the bathroom. The TV was great and free netflix was also good. Would highly recommend this place, 9/10
− When I got into the unit the first day, there was a few fruit flies already flying around even though there was no fruits or food around. I have encountered a few little cockroaches from the bathroom and sometimes in the kitchen. I think it is a common issue in Centrio Towers though as there are signs/ads in the elevators on to call if there are any insect sightings, so that is understandable. Also, I wish the fridge was just a bit bigger as it will be beneficial for people like me who would stay for a couple weeks because I would like to fit a bit more food and drinks in the fridge. Otherwise, a great place to stay whether just for a few days or a few weeks.

10.0Nice apartment, lots of room. Clean, comfortable with all the amenities of a home. Aircon was exceptional, nice big screen TV, comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. Will highly recommend your accommodations.

− Facility was very outdated ( Rooms still used keys for access). Hallway going to room had smelly odor. Parking charges unlike other facilities in the vicinity offers free parking.
We just had a short stay. But if given a chance, will definitely book this place again!

10.0This condo was perfect for our family of four. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent and conveniently located next to Centrio mall and other major shopping centres.
− A cleaning service would’ve been nice to refresh our linen and towels.
