The location and cleanliness. Only 20 minute walk from the stadium was ideal as it was quicker to walk back than get caught up in the traffic.

− No off street parking, but was no major issue as the street was so quiet.

I booked this house as my nephews partner had just given birth and the baby was in intensive care on the hospital close by. Unfortunately, the hospital didn’t have any rooms available for the parents to stay over so we wanted somewhere close by so they could get to their baby quickly if need be. Soon after booking, the parents decided they couldn’t leave the hospital as their baby was so poorly so they decided they would sleep on the hospital floor to be close to him. I tried to call Laura the owner, to explain we wouldn’t be needing the house and she didn’t return my calls so I text her and fully explained the situation and asked if we could have a refund or even a part refund under the circumstances. Conscious, when we booked it, it did quote non refundable however, under the circumstances I thought she may have considered some sort of good will gesture but I heard nothing back from her at all. Highly disappointed is an understatement. The cost of this was £495 and with the arrival of a new baby who was very poorly this wasn’t easy for us to find. Don’t expect any human decency from this booking.

− We didn’t go into the house. We looked from outside and the widows were wet which indicates poor ventilation.

I like the whole house, quite spacious and equipped. I like that the kitchen was stocked with appliances. I like that the TV was accessible and I could watch anything I wanted, I liked that they host made everything easy especially in getting access to the property, having the home appliances needed, soap for kitchen and bathroom were provided. I like that we could cook meals as the kitchen had everything needed. The property is really spacious and I loved it. My friends and I truly appreciated the property.

− Firstly, Oh it was very cold in the property, even when we increased the thermostat to 24 as stated. The whole house was still cold. The rooms were too cold. The heater seemed not big or hot enough to circulate the heat to the whole house. We expected to get into the house and feel warmer but no it was still cold. I suggested get a portable heater for the rooms to warm the house. Secondly, the master’s room, omg the spring bed is a no no 👎 we couldn’t sleep on the first night, on top of the cold, now the bed was not comfortable at all. Our backs were hurting so we had to move to the other room with single beds, atleast those were manageable. Just these two issues then I will say the property was excellent or perfect. I will come again.

Nice cosy place, good location, lounge and dining room were spacious, kitchen well equipped.
