− Nothing to mention here, just consider that for 4 people it might be tight particularly when weather does not allow going outside.

− We had issues with the smoke alarms, agent was very helpful but it was still a nuisance. Itemising £120 for cleaning erks a bit, we were only thete two nights and we left it spotless.

9.0Fantastic location for where we wanted to be. Really cute, carefully thought out barn conversion, everything we needed was there. 15 min walk into Ambleside which has everything you could need. Walks on the doorstep which our dogs loved.

Once your booking is confirmed, we request a contact email address, mobile phone number and a photo of a Government ID as part of the guest verification process. Also, to encourage all guests to respect the property and its contents, we ask for a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP 400 to be placed as a hold against a card by your card issuer, or alternatively, we allow guests to pay a non refundable GBP 40 Bond Waiver.
