9.0La disponibilità e l'accoglienza della proprietaria e la pulizia dell'appartamento. Inoltre, pur essendo in posizione centrale non si trova nella zona più turistica, perciò è piuttosto silenzioso.
− A me l'appartamento è piaciuto, tuttavia potrebbe non essere adatto per persone con difficoltà motorie, dato che ci sono un po' di scale da salire.

10.0Die Gastgeberin, Elisa, freundlich, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Wohnung sauber und geschmackvoll renoviert.
− An die steile Treppe zur Wohnung muss man sich erst gewöhnen, aber man "trainiert" jeden Tag. Aber das war ja vorher bekannt! Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Wir konnten unsere e-bikes nicht im Haus abstellen.
