We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the peaceful environment. The property is surrounded by beautiful trees, which made it feel private, relaxing, and close to nature. The setting was perfect for unwinding and enjoying the outdoors. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Peaceful, serene, large and beautiful home by lake

This beautiful home will accommodate many people including kids and baby with plenty of space and seating In the kitchen and dining area as well as living room. The bedrooms are all a really good size. The master bath is huge with a nice soaking tub. We loved the double sinks in the guest hallway bathroom upstairs. Closet space is also huge if you are staying for an extended period of time. The deck is enormous and we loved that we could grill out on it, and have privacy, being surrounded by the trees. My kids loved swinging on the hammock. It was warm outside, so we did not use the fire pit. The garage is open for a little play area for kids. The lake is accessible, just down the road. We had everything and more needed at the home. Margaret made sure all questions were answered, and all out of our needs were met. The house was very clean! In the summertime since the trees are full, you can only see tiny little portions of the lake. I imagine in the winter time you can get a much better view through the trees. That was no big deal to us and we still had a great time Even though we were only an hour and a half from home, it felt like eight hours. Just make sure your vehicle is all wheel drive/4 x 4 to get up the rocky driveway to the home. I have a mini SUV that is all wheel drive and we managed fine, just took it slowly. Waterfalls and hiking about 15 or 20 minutes away. Tim’s Ford State Park is close by as well. We would love to return and rent a boat next time and get out on that lake!
