Central London 4-sleeper Oasis

I highly recommend not booking this property.

Only the location

− The property owner could have been honest and forthcoming that the beautiful terrace in the pictures was under construction and full of broken glass and unusable. I booked in Nov 2025 and check in was Aug 2026. I tried to call the owner the day of the check-n, sent messages through the platform and till this they have never responded. Booking.com customer service was less than helpful. I spent hours and days making calls, I booked this place for the beautiful terrace, if that was not going to be available during my stay then this is a fraudulent ad. If the management company had been honest about the construction before hand, I would have just booked another property. After spending thousands of dollars on Booking.com it was disappointing the weak answers I received from supervisors and upper management within the company. With the amount of evidence, emails, pictures I had, there should have been no doubt that a refund was in order. The offered me an amount that covered less than 20% of the costs, that was a slap in the face.

Skvělá lokalita, dobrá dostupnost do centra. Malý apartmán, ale dostačující. Komunikace s hostitelem téměř vždy v pořádku.

− Nebylo stoprocentně uklizeno. Spali jsme dva na posteli a dva na gauči a z gauče jsme si odvezli spoustu štípanců. Poslední noc vypadla elektřina a i když jsme se snažili spojit s majitelem, neodpověděl nám, jestli je možné někde znovu nahodit a odjížděli jsme s vybitými telefony.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting London. The location was truly fantastic. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city effortless and extremely convenient. It was such a huge plus to be able to get around without relying much on public transport. The flat is located on the 2nd level, which was very easy to access and not tiring at all. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions provided in advance. The space itself was thoughtfully set up and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, including pots and pans, an oven, microwave, air fryer, and a heater, making it feel like a home away from home. While the flat is compact, it was perfectly suitable for the four of us (petite Asian adults) and felt cosy rather than cramped. It is very much what you’d expect in London. The bathroom was on the smaller side and could feel a little crowded, but it functioned well and did not affect our experience at all. Fabio and Salvatore were wonderful hosts. Very friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. When we experienced an issue with the electricity, they assisted us quickly and efficiently, which we truly appreciated. Their support really made our stay even more pleasant and reassuring. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and offered excellent value for money given the unbeatable location, complete amenities, and attentive hosts. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
