Close to the airport which is convenient and I liked that there was coffee and kitchen equipment.

10.0Alloggio perfetto per fermarsi prima o dopo il volo da San José. Adriana è stata gentilissima, accogliente e super precisa su tutte le informazioni che riguardano l'accesso al posto, è stato un piacere incontrare anche la carinissima Rosita dello staff che si occupa di tutto ciò che riguarda la colazione. Stanza con bagno privato semplice ma ideale, rifornita di coperte, saponi per il bagno e con acqua calda e potabile. Il posto è anche molto sicuro se siete ragazze sole in viaggio. Grazie di tutto!

10.0Excelente opción para quienes necesitan estar cerca del aeropuerto. Aunque muchas personas lo asocian con San José, en realidad está ubicado en Alajuela, una zona muy conveniente y segura. El hospedaje es muy cómodo, limpio y perfecto para descansar antes o después de un vuelo. Además, la ubicación permite llegar fácilmente al aeropuerto y cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios cerca. Sin duda, una alternativa muy recomendable para una estancia práctica y tranquila.

10.0Excelente opción para quien desea estar cerca del aeropuerto Internacional de San José, tanto para pasar la última noche como al arribo. Está ubicado a unos 5 minutos en auto. Adriana nos atendió de forma muy amable y estuvo en contacto con nosotros todo el tiempo. El alojamiento está en una propiedad privada familiar que posee varias casas, a la que se accede luego de atravesar un portón, lo cual te genera una seguridad adicional. Una calle interna te lleva al alojamiento. Hay un ficus enorme!. El acceso es a través de códigos, pero no te preocupes, te estarán esperando para ayudarte. Por precio muy accesible te brindan servicio de desayuno (no lo tomamos porque nuestro avión salía muy temprano) y servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Descansamos muy bien, muy cómodos. Very rude owner, we got kicked out at 9pm
2.0It was close to the airport, the cleaning lady was very nice.
− We arrived at 7:30, paid cash. When in the room we noticed the bedding was visibly dirty with crusted stains and hair, we asked for new bedding and which they provided us with promptly. The cleaning lady was super nice and very apologetic. When we were getting out of the shower we noticed 1 of 2 towels was again visibly dirty and to the touch was crusted in some places, there was a sign in the bathroom which stated stained towels would be a $10 usd charge. We sent pictures and a message to the host through WhatsApp (don’t do that- learned my lesson) we did not ask for anything not even a refund, we just wanted to communicate that to the staff to not get charged. We got a call at 9pm from the owner demanding us to vacate the premises within 5minutes. She stated it was “policy” since “we weren’t happy”. It was 9pm, 2 females alone, and had no car or anywhere to go. We requested more time as we were in the middle of re arranging our suitcases and now had to find other accommodation. She said “I’ll give you 10 minutes, then Eder will be outside your door to get the key”. We did get our money back but we did not appreciate feeling threatened.
