1.0The location was the only thing that was good regarding this accommodation, and the bed was comfortable - that's the only two good things I can say.
− Unfortunately, we had a lot of bad experiences with this accommodation. The person in charge that we had our first contact on the phone doesn't even speak English, and the person who greeted us at the apartment as well- they understood a bit of Spanish but they spoke Italian so the communication was an issue. When we arrived, the apartment was incredibly dirty. It was late, so we paid extra (and never got the receipt for that extra we paid, even though they said they would send us one) The apartment is not as same as it seems in the pictures, and not in a good way. When we got in, the ' balcony' doors were open as the 'host' says to vent out the place for us- turns out that sliding doors can't be closed and locked (and the neighbor's terrace is right next to it. After wasting half of the day, eventually the doors were fixed. When we asked for a policy regarding cleaning- we got the answer that we have to pay extra for the cleaning even though we came into a very dirty apartment. So we did the detailed cleaning on our own. And the apartment has a bug problem, there were cockroaches and ants mostly in the kitchen area.

They arranged a reasonably priced transfer to and from the airport and hand-delivered the keys with flexible check-in/check-out times. Definitely one of the best values in the area.
