A handy base for exploring the area, but not as luxurious as anticipated
7.0Great location and views, good base for exploring, and fairly peaceful. Nice to have the hot-tub. Perfectly pleasant place to stay, loved the traditional style.
− Photos were more flattering than reality. Not brilliantly equipped (lack of some basics like wine glasses, corkscrew etc). The TV had only 4 working channels and no smart functions/streaming. Could have sworn it was advertised with washing machine when we booked it, but this had gone when we arrived. Not great value compared to the other places we stayed in Norway.

Local team really helpful and quick to efficient to response to all queries before, during and at departure
10.0Location of the property offered the most amazing views of the mountains, at night absolutely stunning. Customer service from local team was great, after an unavoidable issue arose they had a maintenance person arrive quickly and when they were notified that water had to be turned off for repair we were transferred to an alternative house within an hour for the rest of our stay - new property was AMAZING

Bed linen are not included, guests can bring their own or rent on site for NOK 182 per person.
Sleeping without bed linen is not permitted, and will result in a NOK 1000 fine per person.
In the winter period, guests can also order a bag of wood for NOK 245 fee, which will be delivered to their door.
The reception is located in Strandvegen 17, 6200 Stranda. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
