Bedroom was a good size.

− See previous posting. We stayed there then toured up to Fairbank. We did not stay there on our return, found alternative accommodation in Anchorage that was easily better value. Accused us of using the second room in the complex for which we did not have the access code and there was another guest occupying it. We were then harassed over whats app to pay for the extra room or they threatened to cancel the further booking. Unsure whether they are scamming people or poor management. Have attempted to get a refund through booking.com but probably won't. Either way have not even received an apology.

Missing the washer dryer. Two separate rooms with shared common space.

Price, no need to check in. Furniture & kitchen were of good quality.

− No washer dryer access as listed in Booking description. Did not realize it was two separate bedrooms with shared common area. Location is convenient, but homeless & their trash frequent the area.

Bed was comfortable but very squeaky. Shared bathroom and living room was okay.

− Being accused of using the second room when we had no access code and there was another guest occupying it. Harassment (texts and WhatsApp calls) following the accusation and expecting us to pay for a room that we did not occupy. We were booked in to stay there again a few days later but didn't feel safe doing so, When we requested a refund on cancellation, it was refused. Outside the building was a construction zone. You will get much better value for money staying somewhere that has a complementary shuttle (avoiding Uber fees) and breakfast.

Ok, but it's in a very sketchy neighborhood and I wouldn't stay there again.

It was clean and had a nice kitchen

− The listing was VERY UNCLEAR about the fact that there's shared common space and a shared bathroom. The description even said that "the whole place is yours." To me that mean that I'm not sharing a bathroom and common space with anyone else. This was very misleading. I would never stay there again.

There was just a little uncertainty about the experience.

− The location was sketchy! The house is located near an abandoned / boarded up hotel and our lift driver said “stay” inside there is a lot of drug activity and break ins. Thankfully we did not see or experience any of that. The property description needs to disclose that it is a shared house and you are renting a single room in the house. The individual rooms have keypad locks and we did not known if someone else was in the other room when we arrived at 11:30pm. The bed was uncomfortable and creaked like it was 100 years old.
