− Very efficient heating system was almost too warm in the bedrooms at night, and couldn’t change the settings. Bath robes for transition to hot tubs would have been a bonus!

Good lovely views .

− Very disappointed The place itself was lovely but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired . We were expected to use the hot tubs which were very dirty with what can only be described as fake tan or make up .When we got out we were covered in brown gunge Urghh.The owners only offered to clean them the day before we left so we did not have time to use them after they were cleaned .The boiler for the house was not sufficient to cater for 14 guests and we had to have cold baths and showers . The house had some nice touches but the cheap dining chairs around a decent wooden table spoilt the look . The plastic flowers outside also spoilt the effect along with the very cheap outdoor furniture . One of the bathroom bins wasn't emptied from the previous guests .We found mould in the fridge and the kitchen cupboard doors need a full refurb as they are showing signs of wear .We found food particles in the fridge and the dishwasher was dirty .The floors were dirty as the bathmats put down on the floor were dirty when we picked them up .We were ignored by the owners .

Brilliant facilities and great view from the hot tubs really quiet. Can’t moan about anything. Thanks.

What an amazing property that we stayed over the Christmas period, everything was superb from the Christmas tree and decorations in the main room and dining room to the stockings over the fireplace with our names on. The beds were so comfy I did'nt even moan once getting out of bed. The bedrooms had the most wonderful view over the hills and we even walked up Pots and Pans Monument which took about 15 to 20 mins with incredile scenery. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could think off. Even the jaquzzi's were lovely to chill in after a long day even in December. Thank you Sam and Peri for your wonderful house we will definitley be booking again.

Views were amazing Hot tubs were perfect for 12 Patio was spacious with plenty of seating and ample room for entertaining. Kitchen well equipped Living room comfortable Lovely dining table again big enough for all 12 to get round. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms amazing with really good toiletries provided. Everything you would need for a long stay was provided. Everything was clean and the decor was of a high spec. We had the most amazing time and wished we'd stayed longer. I hope we get the opportunity to return one day.
