8.0We loved the location. Seeing that it was only about a 15-minute drive to Henley. Private parking area.
− The current state of the premises presents several areas of concern. The presence of dirty dishes, pots, and pans, along with residual liquid in the coffee pot, indicates a lack of attention to basic cleanliness standards. Furthermore, the discovery of cobwebs in the bathroom and bedrooms suggests a need for improved housekeeping practices. The outdoor electrical panel was found unsecured, and the presence of rusty tools, nails on the outside window seal, and overflowing, malodorous garbage cans further underscores the need for immediate attention to address these maintenance and sanitation deficiencies.

− Hot water system was leaking. We had a long flight and reached to this location, but couldn't sleep for a night as it was not repaired. Water dripping noise was keep going whole night.
Good value for money and overall a nice place. Owner also very nice and prompt
