9.0Hotel fantastico, camera bellissima, pulizia impeccabile e posizione ottima. Il personale, sia alla reception che alla colazione, è stato super gentile e professionale. La sauna è stupenda! L'unico piccolissimo appunto (ma non è un difetto) l'acqua della piscina era fredda. Consigliatissimo!

10.0Everything was great. On arrival they kindly upgraded my room to a better one free of charge, which was a really nice surprise. The location is excellent: a few minutes from Galata Tower, the Karaköy ferry pier and the metro, which made getting around the city and to the airport very easy. The rooftop breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, giving me a late checkout and keeping my bag until my evening flight. I'd definitely stay here again.
