9.0It is roomy, comfortable and has everything one needs, travelling for mixed business and leisure. The skylights make it feel light and spacious. Piping hot water and beautifully clean. Secure wifi, paid parking around the corner, well located for access to shops and open spaces.
− Neighbours can occasionally be a bit noisy but not disruptive.

10.0Spacious, light and very well located! Furniture, kitchen and appliances are all spot on to give just what one needs. Small but impactful touches make a difference. TV with all channels / platforms.
− My husband joined me after a week and only just fitted the main bed length. The main bed also squeaked with a restless sleeper such as he is. But not a deal breaker.

10.0Excellent location and a perfect stay! The accommodation was spotless, very well equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. I especially loved the beds and the overall setup, everything was so comfortable. Jacqueline is a fantastic host, and I genuinely felt she could solve anything. Her support and kindness made the stay even better. The property’s location is excellent, making everything easy and convenient. I will definitely choose this place again whenever I return to Colchester. Thank you, Jacqueline, for everything!
