Bel tuffo nella Sardegna del Sud
7.0Quartiere sopraelevato con meravigliosa vista sul golfo di Cagliari dalla terrazza, assoluta tranquillità e privacy. Comoda macchinetta per caffè e utile la lavatrice. Presenza dell'ombrellone molto utile per chi arriva in aereo. Se amate i gatti è pieno di questi stupendi amici pelosi. Accesso nel villaggio e parcheggio privati perfetti. Supermercato COOP vicino, in auto, per la spesa. Pizzerie e Ristoranti raggiungibili con facilità.
− Appartamento non nuovissimo con qualche aggiustamento da fare e cura di qualche piccolo dettaglio, che con poco lo renderebbero ancora migliore. La zona di Capitana non è eccezionale per il mare, ma con pochi km in auto si arriva subito a bellissime spiagge.
