− Not very spacious. The camera at the parking gate is taking too long to authorize the car to park… should be faster for security reasons

10.0O apto é lindo! As demais dependências do condomínio nem se fala! Tem piscina aquecida, um mini mercado dentro do prédio e ao lado fica o Pão de Açúcar que fica aberto até as 21hrs.
Tirando o mal cheiro de cigarro foi muito boa.
9.0Muito organizada e com facilidades próximas como farmácia, supermercado, transporte.
− Muito odor de cigarro nas dependências do apartamento e do prédio, creio que vinha pelo sistema de exaustão.
