wonderful family vacation spot! we had an amazing trip and loved this house.
10.0great location. game room in basement was a hit with kids. lots of bathrooms. 2 king rooms. Large house and rooms. easy entry. large garage. good seating around TV and open floor plan. The pullout sofa in the master bedroom was excellent.
− Most mattresses were not great. The 2nd king room didn’t have any dresser or drawers. The kitchen was not well- stocked with plates and bowls for 8-10 people, but had many pots and pans and crockpot. There were not wooden spoons for cooking. It would be nice to provide dishwasher pods.

10.0We loved the ease of everything at this beautiful property. The location and amenities were perfect. We did make use of the pool table for the kids, the outside grill and firepit was a great way to wind down after skiing and location to Alta and Snowbird couldn't be beat. We woke up to people shoveling the snow on the driveway as well so that was a great plus!
− The only downside was the temperature. We were unable to get the place cool at night. With the headed flooring, it warmed up the house more than our liking but we LOVED everything thing else about this property.
