8.0Sencillo y cerca del centro. Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa por la noche. Buenas vistas al lago
− Haría falta un repaso de mantenimiento de la casa. El equipamiento de la cocina más bien escaso. El apartamento no estaba muy limpio, la nevera tampoco y el lavavajillas tenía platos sucios de los anteriores inquilinos.

1.0− Appartamento con un bel potenziale vista la posizione e le dimensioni, ma purtroppo davvero sporco. Lenzuola sporche, cucina sporca, frigo con all'interno confezioni di cibo aperte ed usate, bagno sporco con rifiuti. Abbiamo cercato di chiedere al proprietario appena arrivati di cancellare la prenotazione e rimborsarci per permetterci di cambiare sistemazione ma nulla, insisteva dicendo che ciò che a noi risultava inaccettabile per altri ospiti era un plus. Ci diceva che se volevamo poteva ripulire tutto in quel momento(alle 8 pm dopo che avevamo guidato per 10 ore secondo lui avevamo voglia di aspettare oltre). Ma viste anche alcune vecchie recensioni e le sue risposte non mi meraviglia quello che ci ha detto di persona. Per lui è normale, e sicuramente troverà altri turisti che la pensano come lui. Se cercate un ambiente igienico andate altrove.

8.0El anfitrión es excepcional. Rapidísimo solucionando dudas. Magnífico recomendando planes. El apartamento es muy funcional, limpio y bien ubicado. Éramos cuatro y pudimos dormir cada uno en una habitacion. Tres habitaciones más salón con sofá cama. Desde la terraza pudimos ver Auroras Boreales.
− La capacidad del agua caliente no da para cuatro duchas seguidas...

8.0Die Lage war Optimal und die Gastgeber super freundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die etwas ältere Ausstattung der Wohnung hat nicht gestört. Es war gemütlich und Uhrig zugleich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
