Phenomenal resort with the best views ever & loved the private island access for an elevated experience!
8.0Loved the cliff side views & layout of the property! The island was amazing & the kids loved the boat ride as well as the restaurant there plus the jet skis. Many food options some require reservations while others don’t. Large gathering area to hang out on the evening with 2 dessert options & cafe.
− Bathrooms had mold & the showers & tub needed a remodeled for a property of this caliber. Also we requested a remodeled room in the resy & at check in. Suite wristband keys didn’t work on the doors outside the suite doors which made it loud while hearing hallway noise & being woke up early at 8:30 bc we didn’t want to lock to doors from the other guest staying in the 3rd room so had to close them w the lock which didn’t close them all the way.

5.0It was a very nice stay, palominos was a mess after an activity the night before. Seems staff came to clean around 11 am.
− Employees do not seem to be very happy, the concierge could answer my question on what i could take to Palominos, the bell staff was great What is Canalejo beach no one seemed to tell me anything about things to do.
