8.0Su ubicacion es perfecta,encierras el coche en el garaje y te mueves a todos sitios andando.Hemos estado muy comodos,con los niños es un sitio perfecto.Tienes farmacia y supermercado en la puerta. Volveremos el año que viene
− Aunque sabanas y toallas estan limpios,faltaba higiene en suelos y baños. Debajo de las camas habia mucho polvo,pelusas y pelos. Es lo unico que pondria de pega,ya que el sitio y ubicacion es perfecta!pero es una pena que no lo tengan limpio.

A beautiful apartment in a lovely Spanish seaside town
10.0Casa El Pico is a very comfortable and spacious first floor apartment in an attractive two-story traditional building (the ground floor was not in use) . It has enclosed balconies on two sides, providing excellent views of the the little harbour and the main part of Ribadesella across the bridge. The kitchen is well equipped and perfectly adequate for self-catering. We were particularly grateful for a welcome basket of fruit, in addition to some essentials like bread, milk, butter and jam for our first morning at the property (there is a good supermarket just a short distance down the road). The location could not have been better, as the property was situated mid-way between the main town and the beach (which is very large and very beautiful). As we travelled to and from Ribadesella by train, a good thing about Casa El Pico for us was that is within walking distance of the train station (a fairly steep route, but perfectly possible to traverse with wheelie luggage).
