4.0The heated swimmingpool and the small garden were very nice! It's very peacefull.
− The property had significant issues with moisture and mold, including a strong odor and visible damage to walls. The main bedroom and bathroom were not usable due to these conditions. While some humidity may be expected on Madeira, the level of moisture and damage in this property was far beyond what can be considered normal and clearly affected the usability of the house. Overall, the property did not match the expected standard.

10.0+ podgrzewany basen za dopłatą ( jedna z niższych cen za podgrzewanie wody na Maderze) Można było korzystać z basenu nawet jak temperatura powietrza była 12C. + Przestrzeń, wygoda, cisza, spokój, widoki, super wyposażenie, darmowa levada za domem. A za darmo to uczciwa cena. + Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju.
− Z rzeczy na które trzeba zwrócić uwagę. Nie są to minusy. Basen jest głęboki dla dzieci które nie potrafią pływać konieczny jest dodatkowy sprzęt do pływania. Podjazd stromy trzeba uważać, dla ludzi z nizin i tylko o płaskich drogach jest lekki szok. Wysoka wilgotność ale taki mamy klimat
