9.0A casa é maravilhosa, é até melhor do que nas fotos, super limpa e organizada, check in e check out sem burocracia.Boa localização, na estrada do Pindobal.A anfitriã Silvia é maravilhosa.Sempre muito simpática e atenciosa, respondeu todas as minhas dúvidas rapidamente.Amamos a nossa estadia em Alter doChão, voltaremos mais vezes com certeza.

10.0Casa muito aconchegante, toda equipada... A localização é um pouco afastada do centro de Alter, mas se você estiver de carro são apenas poucos minutos... E a estrada do Pindobal onde fica a casa, dá acesso às praias de Belterra, uma ótima pedida em Alter.

9.0Casa muito boa, área externa muito bonita e grande. Ar condicionado em todos os ambientes. Acomoda bem 6 no máximo, pois só há um banheiro com chuveiro. Pelo custo benefício, nota 10
− O chuveiro não é aquecido, dependendo exclusivamente da temperatura da caixa d’água. Tomar banho pela manhã é bem desconfortável por causa da água fria.
