A fabulous couple of days with glorious weather
8.0The location is fantastic, literally on the beach and just a very short walk to the many restaurants and attractions of Folkestone. The place was nicely furnished and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need.
− The accommodation is very new and therefore very smart but the layout has not been thought out well. There are many fights of stairs (6 or 7) with only two toilets one at the top and one at the bottom! where the two bedrooms are. The kitchen and living area are in the middle (again with a flight or two of stairs between them) adding another toilet on a middle floor would make a lot of sense. Basically there are many stairs!!

9.0The location is spectacular. The property was great as well, very comfortable. We had a welcome basket of local goods which we really enjoyed throughout our stay.
− We only were missing refillable soaps and shampoos in shower rooms. It's a bit expensive.
Given the fabulous sunshine and great view a nice stay
8.0Underground car park was exceptional in terms of security, lighting and overall condition
− This was not value for money despite the stunning location right on the beach which is a premium plus point .....the bedrooms were small despite this being a luxury development and the ground floor bedroom was not en-suite
