8.0Had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water once it had heated up.
− Small fridge that froze things if too close to the freezer compartment. No blind for the kitchen window and one of our party was sleeping on the sofa bed which meant the light woke them up. No soap in the bathroom. Could be noisy at night due to people in the streets. But overall it was great for the price! Also, don't be put off by the signs if you're parking in Morrisons, you CAN park and pay on the Ringo app, it just doesn't display it!
Ideal short central stay with basic amenities.
6.0Beds were comfy, fans were a great addition given the extreme heat, swift check in/out. Facilities were clean and tidy. Kids liked PlayStation. Ideal place for a short stay. A bit cosy for a young family of 5 but it worked fine.
− Corridor on the way in had 6/8 bin bags of rubbish which was not pleasant, quite dark so had to use a phone torch to find key safe. no tea bags so had to purchase some (not a deal breaker). If the description could explain that the bathroom is an ensuite that may help guests decide if it’s suitable for them or not. We were 1 household so was no problem to us.

− There’s was only an ensuit in the top bedroom I think there needed to be a bathroom accessible to both rooms or a small toilet ensuit added to the other room
