− Al momento dell’arrivo non era presente nessuno per l’accoglienza e ho dovuto attendere per poter accedere all’alloggio. La struttura si è presentata in condizioni di scarsa pulizia e non conforme a quanto mostrato nelle fotografie dell’annuncio. Inoltre, non erano disponibili istruzioni chiare per il check-out e il proprietario non rispondeva ai miei messaggi. Di conseguenza ho dovuto lasciare la chiave all’interno e chiudere la porta, ricevendo risposta solo diverse ore dopo, senza che fosse proposta un’alternativa valida. Ritengo che una gestione di questo tipo non sia adeguata agli standard di Booking.

− Everything broke, bad, not hygienic, discomfort, not for anyone, bad customer service, never go back there again, it’s 100 million miles away from what the photos show, the photos taken when the apartment first made, but it’s bad
