An amazing stay in Paradise

Our stay in this beautiful villa was simply amazing. For this time of year, the weather was the best we could have hoped for, with sunshine from 10 a.m. onwards each day. We enjoyed brunch outside every day and had dinner outside six out of the seven evenings, which made the experience even more special. The heated pool, maintained at a comfortable 26°C, was absolutely sublime. Its location within the property offered both privacy and a stunning view. The additional bathroom with a toilet downstairs was perfect for freshening up after a swim. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and toilet, which provided great comfort and convenience for everyone in our group. The villa is situated in a peaceful area surrounded by banana plantations, offering tranquility and a sense of seclusion. The view was simply breathtaking—a true highlight of our stay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome breakfast package and a large tray of fresh, local fruit. In short, our stay in paradise was absolutely top-notch, and we can't wait to return!

− A few points to consider for future guests: - While there's not much to be done about it, it's worth mentioning that the road to and from the villa is narrow, winding, and steep—perfect for those who enjoy a bit of adventure but potentially challenging for others. - If you're with two cars, it's advisable to let one car go up first and then signal the second car to start the ascent. This ensures that no vehicles come down while you're on your way up. - Alternatively, you can park your car at the top and walk down if you're in good physical condition. - For those considering walking to the store: the Pingo Doce in Calheta is just a 10-minute drive away, but walking is not a viable option. Despite these minor challenges, we gladly accepted them as part of the experience. It remained a holiday in paradise.
