Excellent property in a great location
8.0The location was fantastic and the hosts very welcoming. The bed in the front room was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in!
− It would have benefitted from a few fans in the lounge/bedrooms as the heat was stifling due to the extreme heat wave experienced while we were there

I would not recommend this property
1.0It was a 20min walk to Penzance railway station. It had a washing machine.
− We arrived at 6.30pm to find the room had not been cleaned, dirty towels and sheets from previous guests on the beds. The host sent a cleaner but we couldn't get in the room till 8pm. The host said she would refund the first night but she didn't until I complained to booking.com a week after our stay! The building was scary! It looks like social housing! Most people live there permanently and were not happy with outsiders using clothes lines. Parking was a problem, not enough for everyone. The flat is very small! I would not recommend this property.
Comfortable apartment for a short stay.
8.0Location was handy for the coastal path and big supermarkets.
− Nice balcony to sit on which was shared with a neighbour. Description of the property said there views of the sea. This was only possible if you were 7ft tall. Our stay was during a very hot period and a couple of electric fans would have been nice. Unable to open the windows in one bedroom at night as cats kept climbing in through the windows.
